What counts as an “Active Vendor?”

An active vendor is any supplier with whom you’ve had at least one financial transaction (e.g., a purchase order or an invoice processed) through the Zapro platform within the last 12 months.

Is the Zapro Core Suite really included in all plans, even the free one?

Yes! All businesses deserve a strong procurement foundation. The Spark plan gives you the full Core Suite, limited only by the number of users and active vendors.

What if I exceed my vendor limit?

No problem! We’ll notify you as you approach your limit. You can easily add more vendors via our vendor packs or choose to upgrade to a higher tier plan for better overall value.

Can I add or remove premium modules later?

Absolutely. Our Growth and Scale plans are designed to be flexible and adaptable. You can subscribe to add-on modules as needed and discuss changes with your account manager or our support team.

How is pricing for AI Agents determined?

AI Agents are a powerful component of our Scale plan. Pricing depends on the number and type of agents deployed, as well as the expected transaction volume they will handle. This is discussed during the custom quote process for Enterprise clients.
