Step 1: Log into Your Xero Account

- If you plan to use this list outside of Xero, select Export List to download it in a format that’s compatible with your marketing tools.
- You can then import the list into email marketing software or CRM platforms for campaign execution.
Step 7: Run Targeted Campaigns
- Use your Smart List to launch tailored marketing campaigns, such as email offers, loyalty rewards, or product updates.
- For example, email repeat customers with exclusive discounts, or inform high-value clients of new offerings.

Step 9: Update and Refine Smart Lists Regularly
- Return to Smart Lists periodically to refresh the criteria and ensure the list reflects your latest customer data.
- Modify filters based on seasonal trends, customer behavior changes, or campaign results.
Step 10: Use Insights for Marketing Optimization
- Analyze the results from your Smart List campaigns to refine future marketing efforts.
- Leverage customer insights to better understand purchase behaviors and preferences, helping tailor future campaigns.
