1. Invite New Users to Xero
To add a new user:
- Go to Settings and select Users.
- Click Invite a User to add someone new to your Xero account.
- Enter the user’s email address and assign their role, like Xero Accounts Payable or Standard User.
2. Assign Roles and Permissions in Xero
Xero provides flexible options for assigning roles, including Invoice Only, Standard User, or Advisor. You can customize permissions based on user roles:
