Here’s how to do it:

1, Invite New Users:

  • Go to “Settings” and click “Users”.
  • Click “Invite a User” to add someone new to your Xero account.
  • Enter the user’s email address and select their role.

2. Assign Roles and Permissions:

  • Xero allows you to assign roles such as Invoice Only, Standard User, or Advisor.
  • You can customize permissions for each user, determining whether they can view reports, submit invoices, or manage settings.

3. Manage Existing Users:

  • In the “Users” section, view a list of all users with access to your Xero account.
  • To adjust their roles or permissions, click on the user’s name and update their access levels.

4. Remove Users:

  • To remove a user, go to “Users”, select the user, and click “Remove Access”.

By managing users effectively, you can ensure the right people have the correct access levels in Xero to keep your business running smoothly.
